TECH ACCELERATOR BY HACKURLIFE – TERMS & CONDITIONS (FINAL VERSION)

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Clients receive lifetime access to the Tech Accelerator curriculum, templates, worksheets, and community content hosted directly by HackUrLife LLC.

 

2. SKILLSOFT ACCESS (FINAL UPDATED VERSION)

Skillsoft is a third‑party bonus resource. Client understands Skillsoft access is not granted upfront. It will only be activated once ALL of the following requirements are met:

 

• Client has completed at least 3 coaching calls  

• Client has reached at least Module 3 of the Program  

• Client has submitted proof of completed work, including:  

 - LinkedIn profile optimization  

 - Required quizzes  

 - Program worksheets and assignments  

 - Resume workshop deliverables  

 - Demonstrated consistency and participation

 

Once activated, Skillsoft access lasts for 3 months (90 days). Renewal after expiration is solely the Client’s responsibility. No refunds, credits, or extensions are granted for Skillsoft limitations or issues. Skillsoft is considered a bonus, not a core Program component.

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are final and legally binding, including Afterpay, Klarna, credit card, PayPal, or Kajabi payment plans. Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals are prohibited. Client remains responsible for all installments.

 

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or exceptions for any reason.

 

5. COACHING SESSIONS

Client receives 12 optional 1:1 coaching sessions. Sessions require a minimum of 2 hours’ scheduling notice. Each session may only be rescheduled up to 3 times total before being forfeited. No‑shows or cancellations within 12 hours may be forfeited.

 

6. INACTIVITY POLICY

If Client is inactive for 6 months, they forfeit all remaining coaching sessions and remain responsible for all payments unless HackUrLife LLC has provided written approval for an alternative arrangement.

 

7. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Client must maintain a functioning device, internet/WiFi, and updated browsers. HackUrLife LLC is not responsible for issues caused by the Client’s devices, connectivity, or third‑party outages.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, templates, videos, and frameworks belong exclusively to HackUrLife LLC. Unauthorized sharing, selling, or distributing results in immediate removal with no refund.

 

9. COMMUNICATION POLICY

All communication must take place through Slack or email. Messages through phone, text, or social media are not considered official. Response times may take up to 48 business hours.

 

10. CLIENT BEHAVIOR & REMOVAL

Harassment, disrespect, inappropriate conduct, drama, negativity, or disruptive behavior toward the coach or other students results in removal without refund.

 

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Client may not record, screenshot, or distribute coaching calls or Program materials. All coaching communication is confidential.

 

12. PROOF‑OF‑WORK REQUIREMENTS

Client must complete:  

• Resume workshop assignments  

• LinkedIn optimization tasks  

• LinkedIn connections and engagement  

• Mentor reach‑outs  

• Networking event attendance  

• Skillsoft labs and trainings  

• Program quizzes and worksheets  

 

HackUrLife LLC may request proof at any time. Lack of effort or incomplete work does not qualify for refunds.

 

13. LIABILITY LIMITATION

HackUrLife LLC is not liable for job outcomes, income results, emotional responses, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

 

14. FORCE MAJEURE

HackUrLife LLC is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by illness, emergencies, platform outages, or other events outside its control.

 

15. NON‑TRANSFERABILITY

Program access cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.

 

16. TIME ZONE POLICY

All scheduling and communication follow Eastern Standard Time (EST).

 

17. FULL AGREEMENT

Enrollment confirms full acceptance of this Agreement. This document supersedes all prior versions and communications.
